Q: hi how are u? i have a question im interested in take this tour in july but it say that it cost 99.00 and when I add it too car and book it it say that the total amount is 199.00 so I wanna know which is the real price thanks

On the right upper side of the tour page, select: departure date, pickup location and number of rooms and number of adults and/or children in each room, you will get the latest quotation. $99.00 is the cost for one person in a group of 2, on sharing room basis, traveling on a Sunday or Wednesday.
$199.00 is the rate for a single traveler in one room, traveling on a Sunday or Wednesday.

Final confirmed hotel information for the first night will be available 1-2 days prior to departure date. Please request this information by leaving a note in the “comments” section when you make the reservation.Most likely it will be Crown Plaza Union City or hotel offering similar standards of service. We will be able to offer you the pre-tour hotel extension at the same hotel or hotel near airport.

With your group of 7, you will need a minimum of 2 rooms. If you should add on an 8th passenger, you can still fit in 2 rooms. You will be required to pay any additional fees for the add on. Please note that if you should need an additional room when adding the 8th passenger, we recommend that you notify us at the earliest date possible of your add on, so that we can secure the additional room before the hotels become sold out.
Please send us your request to [email protected] with the order number, the passenger's name, and any additional information necessary.

The price of tour 85-3012 is a bit higher than 2-117 is because travelers will have the opportunity to stay one night in Canyon Lodge which is more attractive to most visitors to Yellowstone National Park; however other parts of the itinerary of the 2 packages are identical.
